People First
Older adults' dignity and well-being come before technology, growth or hype.
EUCLI brings the care, longevity, and AgeTech ecosystem together so innovation reflects real needs and reaches the people who need it most.
The European Care, Longevity & Innovation Hub (EUCLI) is a trusted connective layer for the care, longevity, and AgeTech ecosystem, helping people, organisations, and ideas find each other so innovation is developed with real care realities in mind and reaches those who need it most.
Our vision is ageing supported with dignity, choice and shared responsibility, with connection serving people first.
Older adults' dignity and well-being come before technology, growth or hype.
Innovation must reflect real care settings and constraints, not ideal scenarios.
Progress in ageing requires shared effort and openness across sectors and borders.
Clear language, realistic expectations, no buzzwords, no overpromising.
Caregivers and older adults are essential contributors, not test audiences.
Strong local innovation exists in almost every European country. But countries rarely learn from each other, so good work stays where it started.
Tip: choose a type in the legend to highlight it on the map.
The people working to improve older adults' lives are spread across countries, sectors and disciplines, and they often find each other too late or not at all. EUCLI exists to shorten that distance, so founders, care providers, researchers, policymakers, investors and older adults themselves can work together sooner and with better context.
A shared space to see who's active across the field, find opportunities for pilots, research, funding and partnerships, and get introduced when there's real alignment.

Builders of care and longevity solutions
Get grounded in real care contexts, connect across borders, and find the right collaborators and pilot partners before it's too late to change direction.
Working on the ground every day
Your operational reality should shape innovation, not the other way around. EUCLI ensures your experience and constraints are heard before products are built.
Generating knowledge that must reach practice
Connect your work to the people building, implementing, and funding, so research doesn't stop at publications and education shapes what's actually built.
Shaping the frameworks that affect everyone
Access lived experience, operational insight, and cross-border learning, so the policies you shape reflect what actually works in care settings.
Looking for direction in a complex market
Understand the care realities that determine whether innovation succeeds. Find founders and initiatives already grounded in the right context.
The foundation, not an afterthought
Your lived experience is not a data point, it's the starting point. EUCLI creates space for that experience to genuinely inform what gets built and how.
